Terms of service
Last updated: September 22, 2026.
These terms describe use of Talkbot by merchants and shoppers. The service is operated by 株式会社モリモリダ. They do not replace Shopify's terms or the store's own terms for product sales.
Service and responsible use
The app synchronizes store products, offers shopping suggestions by text or voice, and lets shoppers explicitly confirm adding a selected variant to the Shopify cart. It does not autonomously place orders or complete payments. Features depend on merchant settings, subscription entitlement, availability and compatible devices. Voice requires consent and microphone permission.
Merchants must have authority to install the app and provide accurate product information and appropriate shopper notices. Shoppers should verify prices, stock, age suitability and purchase conditions with the store. AI output may be incomplete or incorrect and is not a guarantee of suitability, availability, sales results or professional advice. Missing age metadata is not verified suitability.
Plans, trial and limits
| Plan | Price | Voice minutes | Product decisions | Concurrent voice sessions |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Lite | USD 20 | 20 | 1,000 | 1 |
| Starter | USD 65 | 200 | 6,000 | 1 |
| Growth | USD 199 | 750 | 30,000 | 3 |
| Scale | USD 399 | 2,200 | 90,000 | 5 |
Prices are in US dollars before any applicable tax or currency conversion. Shopify's approval and billing screens show the actual subscription terms and charges. A public paid plan is separate from a no-charge development-store test.
The trial lasts 7 days, with 3 total voice minutes shared across the store, 30 product decisions, 1 concurrent voice session and up to 60 seconds per session. Changing plans does not replenish trial usage. Reinstallation retains trial usage while the store records are retained. Creating an eligible new session requires at least 15 seconds remaining, so usage can stop short of the total limit.
Voice and product-decision limits both apply. Product updates while typing can count as decisions. Usage is finalized after provider-confirmed termination; unconfirmed sessions can keep reservations. Limits stop further use rather than generating automatic overage charges. Unused allowances are not promised to roll over. Temporary safety, per-client and service-wide concurrency limits can also restrict new sessions.
Billing, changes and cancellation
Approve subscriptions and make plan changes or cancellations through Shopify. Renewal, prorations and the effective cancellation date follow the terms shown by Shopify and the verified subscription state. A cancellation scheduled for period end is distinct from immediate expiry. Closing a browser or disabling the widget does not itself cancel a subscription. Contact support for questions about charges or refunds; refund requests are reviewed against the charge, Shopify's applicable process and applicable law.
Availability and restrictions
The service can be interrupted for maintenance, provider/network failures, limits or abuse prevention. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or a particular response time. Do not bypass usage limits, use another store's credentials, submit unlawful or sensitive content, interfere with the service, or use outputs to mislead shoppers. We may restrict access when needed to protect the service or comply with law.
Data, support and changes
The privacy policy explains processing, external services, retention and data requests. Product returns, delivery and store disputes should be directed to the selling merchant. Material changes to service conditions will be explained through the app or appropriate notice; changes requiring subscription approval use Shopify's approval flow. These terms do not limit rights that applicable law does not allow to be waived.
